Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fontbonne University, and her
Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasize in Clinical Mental health at
Webster University.
She enjoys counseling teens and adults. Her frame of reference in a client-centered approach
utilizing solution focused and mindfulness. Mary has experience working with individuals with
serious and persistent mental illness, anxiety, depression, and substance use. Mary has worked
in the mental health field for the last six years, primarily in an acute hospital setting and
community agency.
She believes that people are the experts on themselves and is passionate about helping
individuals find their voice and confidence. Mary has a passion for working with first responders
and individuals who have been affected by addiction.
