Beyond Creative Health is now offering Healing Retreats and EMDR Intensives. Individual EMDR Intensives can be scheduled for a half-day or full-day. These 3-5 day healing retreats include EMDR Therapy, bodywork, massage therapy, movement and yoga, art, and more. All these modalities are specifically chosen because they are evidence-based methods of healing.
